We want you to love your Divi hair care journey, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
